Lunar New Year e-Card

Design & Animation (Adobe Flash)

Designed and created an interactive Lunar New Year e-Card using Adobe Flash, featuring traditional festive elements combined with animated storytelling. The e-Card combined traditional symbolism with engaging animation effects, creating a joyful and culturally rich digital greeting experience for Lunar New Year 2017.

Creative Concept

  • Adopted a golden “福” (fortune) Fai Chun design as the main visual focus.
  • Animated the “福” character with stroke-by-stroke writing effect, simulating real calligraphy.
  • Applied a rotating animation to flip the “福” upside down, symbolizing “福到” (fortune arrives).
  • Enlarged the Fai Chun with a smooth fade-out transition to enhance visual impact.
  • Gradually revealed flowers and Chinese New Year lanterns with soft fade-in effects to create a festive atmosphere.
  • Featured 2017 Rooster zodiac typography with a traditional paper-cut rooster graphic.
  • Added subtle front-and-back motion animation to suggest the lively scene of a rooster crowing to welcome spring.
  • Included light and cheerful festive instrumental background music to complete the celebration mood.

Design Development

運用 Adobe Flash 設計及製作 2017 年農曆新年電子賀卡，結合傳統賀年元素與動畫效果，營造濃厚節日氣氛。整體電子賀卡以傳統文化為基礎，結合動態視覺效果，呈現富有節慶氣息與祝福寓意的數碼賀年體驗。

 

設計概念與特色

 

  • 採用金色「福」字揮春作為主視覺，象徵吉祥與祝福。
  • 以筆順書寫形式呈現「福」字動畫，模擬真實揮毫效果。
  • 透過旋轉動畫將揮春「福」字倒轉，寓意「福到」。
  • 加入放大及漸透淡出效果，加強畫面層次與視覺焦點。
  • 漸透顯示花卉及新年燈籠，營造喜慶熱鬧氛圍。
  • 配合 2017 年雞年生肖字樣及剪紙風格雞圖案，並加入前後移動動畫，暗示「開春雞啼」的意境。
  • 背景搭配輕鬆愉快的節日純音樂，提升整體賀年氣氛。
